Green Goddess Dip
Green Goddess Dip/Dressing

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup dill
- 1/2 cup parsley
- 1/2 cup mint
- 1/2 cup basil
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 2 scallions, white and green parts, chopped
- 1 1/2 tbs lemon juice, more, to taste
- pinch Kosher salt
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup feta cheese
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise, optional
Put:
- herbs, garlic, scallions, lemon juice, and salt in food processor and run until finely chopped.
Drizzle:
- olive oil into running processor until incorporated. Add feta, yogurt, and mayonnaise, if desired. Taste and add more salt, if desired.
This:
- is good thickness for dip. If want salad dressing, add a bit more lemon juice and olive oil.
Great with raw veggies, pita chips, salad, etc.
