Tony's Jacal cabbage salad

Ingredients:

• 2 heads cabbage
• 1/2 cup chopped celery
• 1/3 cup cider vinegar
• 2/3 cup canola oil
• salt and pepper to taste

Shred:

• or thinly slice cabbage. combine all ingredients and mix well.
