Shortbread

 Shortbread Cookies

Ingredients:
  • 2 cups of unsalted butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 4 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
Cream:
  • butter, sugar and vanilla and then add dry ingredients.
Spread:
  •   dough into buttered 9 x 13 baking pan.  
Lightly:
  • prick with fork to make design.
Bake:
  • at 350 for 20-25 minutes until light golden brown.
