 Cheddar Puffs

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup butter, room temperature
  • 1 cup grated sharp cheddar
  • 1/4 cup parmesan (optional)
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
Cream:
  • butter, cheese, flour, until smooth in food processor.  Knead to form soft dough and roll into 1 tsp balls.
Bake:
  • at 400 for 12 minutes.  Enjoy! :)
