Jacqueline's Quesadillas

Ingredients:

  • corn or flour tortillas
  • cheese
  • salsa
Heat:
  • pan on stove to medium-high heat (test with flick of water...if dances across pan, then ready!).  Heat tortilla on once side.  When warm, flip and sprinkle half with grated cheese.  Fold remaining half over top and continue to heat (perhaps turning to medium-low if tortilla heating too quickly) until cheese is melted and tortilla is slightly crisped.
Remove:
  • from heat and serve with salsa for dipping.
