  • Ingredients:
    • 120g of protein powder of choice
    • 2 cups oats
    • 1/2 cup almond milk, milk, or water
    • 5 tbsp. all-natural peanut butter
  • Additional water may be used to fully mix the batter
  • Mix until uniform and refrigerate for 2 hours 
  • Nutrition Facts (when cut into 8 approximately equal sized bars):
    • 200 calories
    • 7.2g fat
    • 16.8g protein
    • 16.9g carbs
Final result should be very chewy, sticky, and delicious
