Ingredients:

Ingredients:
- 16 oz cooked and shelled edamame
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1 avocado
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup lime or lemon juice
- 2 tsp salt (to taste)
- Tabasco (to taste)
- 2 drops sesame oil (to taste)
Place:
- edamame in food processor. Pulse several times. Add all other ingredients, pulsing until well pureed. Adjust seasonings.
Great:
- as a dip, spread, on top of roasted chicken, etc.
