Pita for Hor D’Oeuvres
from the kitchen of Kate (Goes well with Chicken Rollups)
Ingredients:
- Pita bread
- Herbs de Provence
- Salt
- Olive Oil
Cut:
- Pita into triangles, and separate layers. Put on baking sheet. Brush with olive oil, and sprinkle with Herbs de Provence and salt.
Bake:
- in 275-350 oven about 10 minutes or until desired crispness has been achieved.
