Pita for Hor D’Oeuvres
from the kitchen of Kate (Goes well with Chicken Rollups)
Ingredients:
  • Pita bread
  • Herbs de Provence
  • Salt
  • Olive Oil
Cut:
  • Pita into triangles, and separate layers.  Put on baking sheet.  Brush with olive oil, and sprinkle with Herbs de Provence and salt.
Bake:
  • in 275-350 oven about 10 minutes or until desired crispness has been achieved.
