Billanor’s (Bill and Eleanor Revelle’s) Lemon Cake

Billanor's Lemon Cake

Ingredients:
  • 1 box Dunkin-Hines yellow cake mix
  • 1 box (large size) lemon Jello
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 juiced lemons
Mix:
  • cake mix, jello, water, eggs, and vegetable oil in mixer until well blended.  
Pour:
  • into a 13” x 9” greased pan.
Bake:
  • at 350 for 30-35 minutes.  Remove from oven and immediately prick top well with fork.  Pour mixture of powdered sugar and lemon juice over top of cake.  Let cool.  Serve cold.
