Ingredients:
- HEAVY aluminum foil
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 bottle Kikkoman meat marinade
- 5 lbs freshly trimmed brisket
Heat:
- oven to 250 degrees.
Mix:
- barbecue sauce and Kikkoman. Make container with HEAVY foil and fill with meat and sauce. Tightly seal foil and place in covered roaster in oven for 6 hours.
