Barbecue Brisket

Ingredients:
  • HEAVY aluminum foil
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 bottle Kikkoman meat marinade
  • 5 lbs freshly trimmed brisket
Heat:
  • oven to 250 degrees.
Mix:
  • barbecue sauce and Kikkoman.  Make container with HEAVY foil and fill with meat and sauce.  Tightly seal foil and place in covered roaster in oven for 6 hours.
