Protein Oatmeal Bars

Protein Oatmeal Bars

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 3 scoops protein powder
  • 2 smashed, ripe bananas
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • tbsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 3 eggs
  • 4 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups packed brown sugar (protein powder tends to be sweet - this can be reduced as low as 1/2 cup or eliminated entirely as you prefer)
  • 4 cups rolled oats
  • 2/3 cups raisins
  • 2/3 cups chocolate chips
  • 3/4 flax seed (optional)

Spray:
  • 9 x 13 baking pan with cooking spray.
Preset:
  • oven to 350.
Mix:
  • all ingredients until just mixed.  Press into baking pan and bake for 18 minutes.  Remove from oven and let cool.
