Protein Oatmeal Bars
Protein Oatmeal Bars
Ingredients:
- 2 cups flour
- 3 scoops protein powder
- 2 smashed, ripe bananas
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 tbsp baking powder
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 3 eggs
- 4 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups packed brown sugar (protein powder tends to be sweet - this can be reduced as low as 1/2 cup or eliminated entirely as you prefer)
- 4 cups rolled oats
- 2/3 cups raisins
- 2/3 cups chocolate chips
- 3/4 flax seed (optional)
Spray:
- 9 x 13 baking pan with cooking spray.
Preset:
- oven to 350.
Mix:
- all ingredients until just mixed. Press into baking pan and bake for 18 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool.
